Key Lockbox

The key will be in a lockbox on the front door when you arrive. Code will be texted to you before your arrival.

Washer & Dryer

Turn to make selection then press start. If you hear three beeps, press start again.

Use exhaust vent while cooking

Please use exhaust vent/fan located on microwave while cooking or using the microwave, it vents outside.

Clean sheets & towels

Clean sheets and towels are always available upon request.

housekeeping

Housekeeping is available upon request. We can pre-arrange a set time or I can simply be “on-call”. Usually takes one hour.

 

Pre-arrival groceries

If you would like pre-arrival grocery service please text/email me one day before your arrival with your list. Reimbursement via cash/smart pay. No service charge.

Hot Tub and Pool

Freestanding hot tub temperature is set at 100. To adjust temp, push “jets” and select up or down with arrows.

The pool heater is set to 88 in winter and spa to 92.

White panel box behind king bedroom door functions spa and light options:
Push “light” for pool light.
Push “spa/pool” to enable spa jets. When through enjoying the spa jets please push the “spa/pool” button again, fountains will resume.

Trash

We put out the trash bin Monday/Thursday nights for Tuesday/Friday trash pick-up. Please throw all trash in large bin. We do not keep recycle bins, however, the city separates the recyclables at the dump.

Landscape Lighting

Landscape lighting comes on at dusk and turns off around 1 AM.

SAMSUNG Smart TVs

King bedroom and lounge room have Samsung Smart TVs. Watch free TV, movies, live TV and more. Also, log in to your own Subscriptions. No cable.

TV remotes

The TV remotes are solar & light powered so leave them with solar sensor up when not in use. Lamp light will also charge the remote. If needed, remote charger & instructions are in a marked box on the top shelf of the hall closet.
