One of our favorite beaches. Picnic tables, showers, and plenty of sand.

Peanut Island Park

A tropical island experience. Go right before high-tide and see the “Blue Water” rush in. Then plan on a few hours of excellent snorkeling. Bring your lunch and beach chairs. Lots of places to explore; you can easily spend 4 or more hours.

Lake Worth Beach

Atlantic Ocean beach front, fishing pier, lifeguards on duty 9am – 5pm daily, playground, picnic tables, restroom facilities, restaurants, shops. Rent a cabana and lounge chairs right on the beach and spend the whole day.

Dunbar Road Beach Access

Park on North County at the corner of Dunbar Road. This wonderful beach is located in a beautiful residential area.

Pay to park along Ocean Blvd. You can park for free on Chilean (one block north of Worth) for one hour.

No, you’re not in Africa but you’ll think you are when you drive and then walk through Lion Country Safari. Worth the half hour spent driving out there and then spend time seeing the animals. Don’t forget to feed the giraffes. Plan on about 4 hours for the whole experience.
